Problem ModifyWorld Help

I seem to have a problem with banning items with ModifyWorld, i have managed to make it so that people cannot place, interact or destroy certain blocks, but i cannot find out a way to ban items for example banning crafting of items.

ModifyWorld is incapable of disabling recipes, but you can use either Forge Essentials or the recipe remover mod to do this. The only problem I've run into with the recipe remover mod is that it can't disable IC2 items such as the Mining Laser.

You can disable a lot of stuff in the actual configs these days, IC2's is probably handled by gregtech.
