I don't think you count, because at the beginning of the thread, they classified the Wiki Team as not being able to restart the thread. Considering the official chart:

I don't believe the Phoenix Team counts, especially not if the Wiki Team doesn't. In the first few pages, they classified team members as being able to reset it, but not sub-teams, which includes Tech Support, Wiki Team, and nowadays the Literary Team, Phoenix Team, and Third Party Team.
