Season 7 Part 1 was crap!!! The whole thing sucked. Part 2 was way better. Also, there have been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more directors than just RTD and Moffat. The old series counts...Season 7 Part 1 was great, Part 2 had one or two great episodes. Also second best means little when there's only been two.

I said show runners and since the revival series. Reread my old posts. Also neither Moffat or RTD are directors so... Also Moffat is superior to the majority of show runners of the classic series.
Part 1 felt really cinematic, Part 2 had Cold War, Name of the Doctor and Oswin. Those were the good things about Part 2. Part 1 was superior.
