1370. That, I don't know - there are moderators from around the world I believe, so they're on at different times. Do you need something approving by a moderator? You should be able to post a thread about your crash - though its worth checking the forums to see if anyone else has had any issues. This sort of time (12:00-16:00 UTC) is usually fairly quiet.

1372. Ah that's probably the anti-spam stuff they've got going on. You might have seen, there's a lot of spam unfortunately - the mods try their hardest to keep it at bay though.
