It has a way to create bedrock

5 And RotaryCraft has a way to mine and use bedrock. Sounds like a match!

6 inductive automation also has a way to blow bedrock up (you also get the bedrock). Though in order to get that explosive you need to have bedrock first
(don't worry the most expansive part of that explosive stays after the bomb detonated and is in fact a container for all the blocks that got destroyed by the explosion and the "drop" chance is 100%)
