58 that's how you do damage in MCPE
Code:
var dmg == 5//you can insert any number here

Entity.setHealth(Entity.getHealth() - dmg) // this is the function that deals damage to the Entity

59... That seems like a terribly hacky way to do that. I mean, there's no way for armor or potions to affect the results of directly setting an entity's health in any way.

63 yes, there are lots of small server and some big and popular one, one of them is LBSG.
Also you can use add-ons(also named native mods) on multiplayer, but ModPE get stopped once you connect to a server.

65 that's what Pahimar said when I asjed him if I'd get any problems if I use different textures, but the same names and recipes for my MCPE mod that was inspired by EE2/3.

66 Doesn't sound like he gave you a very definitive answer, then... maybe ask x3n0ph0b3 (the original EE1/EE2 developer, as well as more recent developer of Xeno's Reliquary) if he's still around?

71 the only reason i aksed him about that was because of the Porting content to MCPE policy. I don't think I'd have a problem because ProjectE used different textures but the same names and crafting recipes before they got the permission to use the EE2 textures
