52 Reporting is good, because it makes sure they're on the mods' radar, but it doesn't banish them. It can get you on the mods' radar, too... in case they ever need more spam cleaners, I guess. That's how I figure I got spam cleaning powers, back in the dark days when entire pages of threads would be filled with spam...

54 Yeah, there hasn't been much getting through the filters for the past several months. But before the filters, every week starting around midnight EST on Sunday night/Monday morning, if I remember correctly, there would be a new spam post every few minutes. So I'd periodically spend up to fifteen minutes reporting one, waiting 32-33 seconds (cooldown + a couple seconds just in case my timing's off), reporting another, waiting 32 seconds, reporting the next...

It was bad.
