And it don't know about Popular but I saw Withy rank up from Well-Known to Popular
And then Tordy ranked up from Active to Addict...

90 like I already said, it depends on how easy it would be for spam bots to implement and now that I think about it, how much members are usually online because that may be a lot of database interactions if there is no cool down.
