Modded server help

hello im trying to mod my minecraft server using the hosting company minespan. im using mcpc+ 1.6.4 i think im doing everything right but im not sure plz help asap

Is that the full log?
With multicatft I think depending on what server type you choose, it looks for a specific .jar file. What server type you have selected and what is your mcpc+ jar named?
