I know about the chest texturing but I didn't put Bonus Chest either.
And the items inside are Clearly stacked good

Don't think its vanilla, I just did the same seed on Mindcrack and there was nothing.

edit: did it on Direwolf20 and still nothing. I think you may have put bonus chest on and not realized it.

What's the mod that displays that info in the top-left. And do you have any other mods you have added to the Direwolf20 pack? They may have generated it. It's not a bonus chest. They have torches around them, and you are describing the chest is organised, not like the vanilla bonus chest randomness.
