Title Mod that allows right click sign editing

Modpack Ftb Beyond

Modpack version 1.4.2

Details of the issue Maybe this isn't the correct place to put this but it is tech support.

In ftb beyond and maybe many other modpacks there is the ability to edit placed signs by right clicking. I have been unable to work out what mod is doing this which I need to know so I can attempt to stop it.

The mod is Quark if I am not wrong.

In the config you can the tweaks section of Quark.cfg to
B:"Right click sign edit"=true
to
B:"Right click sign edit"=false
Now the sign edit will only appear to the client but it will not change the writing of the sign on the server itself. After the client relogs it will show the correct state of the sign.
