Mod Sounds Disabled

Hello, I recently noticed that most sounds added by mods are disabled in FTB. I have found the IC2 soundsEnabled=false part of the config. Does anyone else know of any config files that have disabled sounds? I want to have all of my machines making sounds for my upcoming Let's Play.

The only mod, although I have never checked them all, I know off that has an option to turn off sounds is IC2 because the the sound can be funky at times by having to constantly lower and raise it. The only way i would of disabling the sound would be through a config option unless it could be an option within MC when running.
