Mod packs wont load

This is a problem ive seen that alot of people have had, and, all of the "fixes" that i have seen have not worked for me. When i open the FTB launcher, click on the modpack i want to use, and click launch, it loads all the way to the end, andi get a message saying "error downloading mods" if you know anything that may help, please, by all means say something below.

Note: I have very, very slow (14-30 kbps) internet connection, if it matters.

I don't think you'll be able to download the pack at this time. There still seems to be a problem with the host timing out

Any estimate for when i will be able to?

Not a clue. I was under the impression it had been fixed. Until this most recent update (1.2 I believe) I hadn't seen many, if any, reports on it. Hopefully there will be a fix shortly though, I feel bad all you guys miss out

My friend with halfway decent connection was able to do it the exact same way i did it, so my connection may just be the problem
