Windows .exe Mod Packs Not Loading

FTB Launcher Version: 1.2.7
Java version: 7 update 25
Description of issue: When I launch up the FTB launcher, it will not load up and mod packs

This appears to be an error between windows 8 and Java. Look here for the possible fix.
