Mod Packs don't load

Whenever I seem to start the launcher it just keeps saying wait well the mods are being loaded.
No clue why but every time I restart it just does the same thing

The servers are under a lot of stress. Repeating the process just causes for more stress as many people are trying to update their launchers.
