Is there a way to make mods work with eachother that aren't part of FTB. like Mo'Creatures drops & what not working with some of the mods. is there a way to do that? & can I do the recipes with GregTech?

Well depends. If there are configuration files to change block/item/creature IDs you can get those to work together. Beyond that if they're forge they should work together with those changes. Depends on the mod how much or how little you can adjust though. Can you be more specific?

If you mean the way how GT makes all kinds of circuits work in all the mods then you would need to make your mod to do that. If there were config options to use the items chances are they would already work.

I mean, Can I install a mod that will conflict with FTB mods. like The drops of the Animals of Mo'Creatures. can I make it so I can use that in a fair way to get some FTB stuff? & if I add a tree mod of some sorts. Can i add that into forestry farms,

If they use the forge libraries to the fullest, a strong maybe. Problem is on a mod by mod basis it varies depending on how hard coded they did their operations. In theory the data dictionaries should allow you to convert or use the stuff normally and interchangeably but reality is there's likely to be gaps and bugs in doing so. The mods themselves should be able to work fine, but wither or not everything else recognizes it is going to vary some.
