I'm pretty sure that's actually still being updated - though the latest release is for 1.10, that's still pretty cool! It was only on looking at it again that I realised how few mods were actually in Voltz. Still, I reckon with Mekanism, NuclearCraft and a few others, you could maybe capture the feel of it.
