I'm gonna go Millenaire, as that features, at least in part, other cultures and culturally relevant things.
 
Mo' Villages
Really like the mod, makes villages spawn in more biomes with respective wood. That makes them more common, but in my opinion there isn't really a reason for them to be rare.

Also you get funny things like a village starting on a beach and expanding to the point where half of it is floating in the ocean... OR A VILLAGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OCEAN.

Fun hing to do: name all these villages town-y names with minecraft twists like "Birchington". (It was in a birch forest, yes.)
