Mock Block GUI?

so i was just making a building... looking for cool blocks and i suddenly found a block called "MOCK BLOCK GUI", you can't find it in NEI and only in the creative search, and you can right click it and a gui will pop up called "Cool Chamber" (screenshot included)

i'm playing FTB Ultimate recommed version.

anyone has an idea what this block is???

I'll just assume it's some kind of IC2 thing. For me it kinda feels like it's got something to do with Reactors.

It is especially strange since this was ultimate... IC2 is 2 versions away from exp.
I forgot,vdoes ultimate have the show mods on tooltip?

Not on default, but there probably is a way to get that to work.

Type 14 in your nei search bar and see what comes up around it (eg 1409 and 1411)

Weirdly enough, you can find the block in the xycraft tab

Cant find anything close to 14xx, it's really weird, and i can't find anything bout it on google

Pretty sure it's Xycraft, that bar along the side is WAY too pretty to be IC2 and is easily pretty enough for xycraft, I guess we'll have to wait til xycraft to find out!
