Mobs Very Laggy in Infinity 1.10.1

Due to my killing of the server yesterday, we decided to take the opportunity to update from Infinity 1.5 to 1.10.1. We remove IC2, Hats, and Railcraft among a few others and add Ancient Warfare, RoC/ReC/ElectriC, Mekanism, and MmmMmmMmmMmm but nothing else major. Well all of a sudden mobs are taking twice as long as they used to and frankly are taking up an obscene amount of tick time as shown in these Opis screenshots:

We dropped into the end far from land and spawned some farm animals into clouds to try to isolate the issue:

This is on a server that could be as low as 6ms total tick time when only one of us was in our OW base. Does anyone know of an issue with a recently updated mod in Infinity adding a lot of overhead to mob code?

100-150us is about right for each individual mob from what I've seen, you just have a lot of them
