Summary of the problem Mobs not spawning

Pack Version 3.0.6

What is the bug? Mobs not spawning, there is no mega torch, and it is in normal hard level. The distance from spawner is more than 25. Animals spawn normally.

Is it repeatable? It does not spawn all the time.

I don't know how to upload pictures, but the spawning room was red after I press F7.

It is working after I restarted the game, but the spawning speed is really slow. But whatever, problem solved. Thank you!
