Mobs are not spawning properly

Title Mobs are not spawning properly

Details of the issue Mobs are just not spwning at night time.
while I could die before now is like 5 - 10 monster ALL NIGHT.

I think it may be chunk loading with the teams thingbut not sure. any one else with the problem or know how to solve it?
