Download it from here. You'll also need GUI API and Custom Mob Spawner (both available on that page). Also make sure to check the version, since most FTB packs are on 1.4.7 so you may have to get the older version of Mo Creatures to match FTB ("Previous versions" is down near the bottom of the post. I'm not sure where the previous versions for GUI API or Custom Mob Spawner are located but I'm sure you can find them onGoogle).
Open the launcher and click "edit mod pack." Add GUI API to "coremods" and the other two to "mods"
If you're running a server, copy Mo Creatures and Custom Mob Spawner into the mods folder. Don't install GUI API as it's client-only.
If you get any ID conflicts (I don't think you will) then edit the config as appropriate.
