Thermal Expansion is in Monster so the magmatic is there it's just a magmatic dynamo now not an engine and produces rf not mj but the TE conduits can change rf to mj for machines that need it. It also has EnderIO it's conduits don't really care if they are being fed mj or rf and will provide mj or rf to any machine.
