So I got FTB to work on ubuntu with mcmyadmin, and installed dynmap via mcmyadmin.
It renders, but it's missing some textures (renders black), i'm not sure which modpacks it belongs to.

mc2.jpg

(At the top right, you see a stack of red tanks, which should have a 3x3x4 furnace-block next to it, I see some beaches missing textures, and some kind of quarried blocks)

Now before, it was missing the quarry texture as well. Then I tried to get custom texture to work, but I couldn't find any clear instruction as to how to do that, but I edited shaders.txt and custom-shaders.txt.
After that I had just overwritten the default textures with the Soartex Texture pack I downloaded via the FTB-client.
Now it has rendered with teh new texture pack, but still there are missing textures, while in game that pack works fine.

Anyone have any idea how to fix these black-spots?

I'm using dynmap "1.9-853", and the latest FTB server jar

UPDATE

So it's the quarry blocks, silverwood logs/trees, and also for some reason, 'sand 12'

Le sigh, McMyAdmin is a server wrapper... Anyway download the version of mcpc that you need from http://www.mcportcentral.co.za

Move /delete your server.jar and rename mcpc to what it was called.

Once mcpc is named the same as the server.jar was start the server. Dynmap should work quite a bit better. I'm not entirely sure how you even got it to work at all without something other then MCMA.

If you did get any mod like bukkit forge etc remove it, also use the DYN map from bukkit.org and delete the forge mod if you had it.

Place the new DYNmap in the plugins folder in the main minecraft directory.

Restart the server.

Mcpc in General makes things work better so that's why I usually start with getting that. It will also boost in game performance and get the TPS higher. If not already at 20.0

If I start mcpc-plus.jar, how will it know to start FTB-Beta-A.jar? I can't find any config that points to the actual server jar it should start?

You mean MCPC+ right?

(BTW I probably got it to work by copying the dynmap folder from an older server, and removing all the rendered tiles. Because it won't make the folders itself)

/Edit: Turns Out I'm using the forge version: http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/dynmapforge/

Mcpc replaces the server.jar move/delete the current one and rename mcpc to FTB-Beta-A.jar

Feed the beast mode in McMyAdmin checks for a FTB-Beta-A.jar and starts that, then put the bukkit DYNmap in the plugins folder.
