missing Red alloy wire connecting lights to wireless

red alloy wire is one short to connect lights above biomass as can be seen in attached pic played thro map noticed that lights didn't come on re downloaded 3 times to make sure it wasn't my end this is for 2010 wireless redstone frequency

You have to connect the redpower red allow wire to the floor. Are you sure you know what red alloy wire is? You have to put a piece on the floor next to the wireless transmitter.

To elaborate, RAW doesn't take up an entire block of space, you can have multiple pieces on the same block. If you're wondering how this works internally, they all share one block ID with some metadata to describe which faces have Red Alloy on them.
