Missing output/input tab Leadstone Energy cell

I'm using Minecraft 1.7.10 and Thermal Expansion [1.7.10]4.0.3B1-218 and Thermal Foundation [1.7.10]1.2.0-102 wich are both the latest of the thermal expansion pack i believe.
(also a bunch of other mods like, railcraft, buildcraft, industrial craft, etc... all the latest version for MC 1.7.10)

The problem i have is that i seem to be missing the configuration controls where u can change the output and input sides of the leadstone energy cell.
The rest is there... info tabs and redstone control tab.

Anybody know what the problem is and how to correct it ?

I havent tried other energy cells yet.

What resource pack are you referring too ?
Do u mean the graphic skin i have ?
Same problem with the default MC skin.

Same problem with the default texture pack unfortunately.
 
Just tried more energy cells in creative mode andI'm missing those options for all energy cells.

I tried the latest development builds and it seems to have corrected the problem, i can now configure outputs/inputs.
