Missing object 6c in assets folder

Details of the issue:

When ever i try to launch any mod pack it will say "Error occurred during downloading the assets"
This is what the log says every time

Error occurred during downloading the assets
Every time i try and add the file "6c" in the assets\objects folder it doesn't work
Please help.​
