Summary of the problem Missing blocks/items

What is the bug? My game kept crashing continuously and after repairing and trying all the solutions online, it seemed to have worked although before I could get into the game it tells me it'll remove my jetpack because it could not find it. I can make a new one but it'll be and effort. So I'm curious if this can be fixed or not.
