Problem Missing Bauxite

An FTB ultimate server that I run for my friends generated without any Bauxite. Before you say we weren't mining in the right biome/ at the right level, we ran max sized quarries from surface to bedrock in every biome without any showing up. I've also used an Xray mod to look at the ore generation. I can't figure out what config to change to allow it. A little help plaese?

I already checked the Gregtech config, itis enanbled. I know that Thermal expansion messes with ore generation as well, could that have anything to do with it?

Relatively recently, but we made sure to quarry in new chunks whenever we tried for it, so the gregtech ores would have generated if they had been able to
