Missing arua nodes.

Recently I noticed that the two natural nodes closest my base have completely disappeared. I had put a way point on both of them so I know exactly where they were. I know that they disappeared because I went and check the nodes that now own area where they were.
The only explanation I can think of is a glitch deleted them when I silvertree right on top of each other.

Mine have been getting inexplicably wiped out too, I think at each mod pack update. I've had to change my regen_key in Thaumcraft.cfg twice now (make sure aura_nodes is true) to get them back.
