Missing Addon ID: 285183 - Can't Download FTB Ultimate Reloaded?

When i try to download FTB Ultimate Reloaded on the Twitch App, it displays this error, and stops the download. It says that i'm missing a requirement, but here is the Missing Addon ID: 285183
