Minium Stone no precious stones?

So I'm trying to convert diamonds into gold, or iron into gold, and nothing's working for me. It'll make stone into flint, so I know the mod is working, but it's not letting me do the higher level stuff. Anyone know why?

There is a bug in FTB Ultimate 1.1.2 caused by Factorization that will prevent Minium Stone recipes from working after you looked them up in NEI.
One solution is to leave the game, relaunch and then craft the recipe without having looked it up in NEI.
If that won't work for you or seems too troublesome, you could also replace your Factorization mod with an older version.

Update on this. It actually DOES work, even though you can't see the output. If you click (or shift click) the output slot (which looks empty). The next time you open your inventory you'll see all the items that should be created.
