So yea, Can some one make me a password program that if you get the password right it opens a door and if you get the password wrong it retracts some pistons and mele turtles come out of no where and start killing you...

Aside from that I don't see why someone would just put in all that work for you, melee turtles are incredibly easy to avoid since they can't really 'see' you. If you want to build a trap you're probably better off with something like a drop into lava or a ceiling coming down. Both can easily be done with RP frames.

Open a piston and drop 20 Smart Iron Golems into the room, and then a few wood ones to collect the loots...
