Mining Turtle Upgrades

I want to know how many upgrades you can craft with a turtle.

This is what I want to craft together:
- turtle
- diamond pickaxe
- chunk loader module
- advanced solar panel

Can I add all of them together or not?

No. If you put the pickaxe on, you'll have to choose between the chunk loader or the solar panel.

On a turtle you can only have one tool and one utility peripheral, or two utility peripherals; and never two tools.

Nope. I suggest crafting one with a solar panel on it and then just having it place a chunkloader next to it so it can kind of still do both features. Hope this helped. Let me know if you need me to write the code for you, be happy to help.

Could I just put the chunk loader upgrade and then hook up a solar panel to a charger station? Us the turtle one day and charge the other

How fast would a advanced solar turtle charge? Faster than it would use energy? I want to use the excavate comand. I think I am going to just setup a charging station. Would this work for charging the turtle?

I might also hook up a generator to the charging station. Should I have the solar panel going directly to the charging station or to a bat box and then a charging station?

Just use a Solar Mining Turtle and put a chunk loader where it's mining. Easier than the reverse.

I think it might be easiest to do just as Exedra said. you can craft the solar with the turtle, and it should be able to run the excavate command no problem. Just place a chunk or spot loader near or right by where it is mining, and you are good to go.
