Mining diamond ore

I feel like this is a really stupid question, but here goes...what pickaxe do you need to mine diamond ore (infitech2). I have tried a stone, iron, bronze and wrought iron and all still say not harvestable.

It says it "harvest level 3" - which I assume means a tier 3 pickaxe but what type is that?

For instance, Cobalt should be able to mine it just fine.
