Minetweaker Woes

So I've been making my own pack and in the process wanted to use minetweaker to do some lovely things but it's just being a dick meanie. After several hours of trying to test out some recipe changes myself to no avail I lifted a cfg from Crash Landing(Pneumaticcraft) and added the necessary entries to the dictionary to ensure it would read the names properly. Again it failed to work. Using the version 2.3.1 of minetweaker and version 0.3 of modtweaker. Both are the same version as used in CL.

Was wondering if anyone knew of any mods that may conflict with minetweaker or mod tweaker that would cause this line:

2014-09-27 13:30:17 [INFO] [MineTweaker] Skipping local server script

Which occurs anytime I try to reload the files as well as during startup. In the meantime going to make a mod list of my pack for reference.

Okay so for some reason removing a number of mods(All the ones that hadn't been in CL/AgS/BnB in my case) and loading up the game fixed everything. Added every mod back in just fine.
