For a little over a month now we have been writing text guides for various Minecraft Mods including Astral Sorcery, Thaumcraft 6 and a few other mods. We write the majority of the guides in a Google Doc, then share them on Reddit and a few other places so that the community can fact check and add anything that we may have missed. We try to keep the guides as up to date as possible by speaking directly to mod authors or getting help from each mod’s Discord community (you guys are all awesome).
The more guides we made, the harder it was for people to find them. Since there was not a real “location” to keep them, we decided it might be helpful to have all the guides in one place.
We created MinecraftGuides.net as the new home for of all the guides we make. We will still post them to Google Docs until each guide is finalized, and then move them over to the “wiki” style website. This cuts down on load times and makes for easier reading and searching, and also gives each guide a URL for people to bookmark and find. These guides have NO ads (never will) and are built to load as fast as possible. Each complete guide will also come with a PDF download (also free).
We have plans for many other guides and are open to suggestions (see the bottom of the main page at MinecraftGuides.net for links). Each guide takes a considerable amount of time (depending on our availability and how big the mod is) and can be over 100 pages in length!
We would love to hear from the community so that we can make the site a better place for everyone. We also want to be transparent with what happens to the site with regard to features and other things.
We are currently working on the following new guides: Better With Mods, Cross Roads and Blood Magic as well as working on finishing and moving the other completed guides.
So here you have it: https://MinecraftGuides.net.
The Astral Sorcery Guide is here: https://MinecraftGuides.net/AS.
You can reach me Via Twitter (@GuidesMinecraft) or on Discord (https://discord.gg/CeeBeVz).
Thanks and Enjoy!

TL;DR: We created a site to host Minecraft Mod guides with no adds and are working on more.
