Hey guys first time poster, Just trying to make a dedicated server using the horizons modpack. But cannot get the server jar from "https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.....2254/minecraft_server.forge-12.18.3.2254.jar" ..

Can anyone help me or upload this somewhere ?

Try the forge source: https://files.minecraftforge.net/

How come you don't download the pre-made server zip-file?

Horizons III

(select the link that states +1 Server Pack)

If you're after any of the 2 older Horizons packs, you'll find them here as well:
https://www.feed-the-beast.com/projects

Just select the same version that you've installed on the client.
