Mac Minecraft shutting down.

Now I am not the best to finding problems, and far from capable to find a salution myself, that is why I come to the best of the best.

When I launch MC though FTB MC shutsdown. Just like if I have closed it myself.
Now I did not have that problem before with the game at all, but it have happend after I installed Mountain Lion. I was useing Snow leopad before.

I am running the Direwolf20 pack.

You are using Java 7... Roll back to java 6

Hmm.. Thanks. That sure solved my FTB problem.
But it seem to have left with more.

As I know have websites, that are pretty importent for my dailie run down of the day, that do not work. They ask for plugin Java 7.

Do we have any news on when/if FTB will be able to run with java 7? Or is it just tough luck.

not so much an FTB issue as an Apple/Oracle/LWJGL issue....

I have been told there is a way to have both installed, but to make minecraft use 6 and the computer use 7, but I am not a mac geek so I don't know how....

But yeah, it should be fixed in a couple of updates.

I where able to find a tread in here that had the salution.

And I'll post it here aswell if others have the problem.

1: Make a folder in the desktop with the FTB-Lancher.jar fil in it.
2: Open consol in utilities and type in:

cd ~/Desktop/ftb/
export JAVA_HOME=/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.6/Home
java -jar FTB_Launcher.jar

The launcher should work, and minecraft should run together even if you have both java6 and java7 installed.

You can use Oracle Java 7 Latest Updaye with this app i have crated that will run FTB_Launcher.jar in an app form. All files are saved inside it. to access them right click the file. click Show Package Content. Go Content>Resorces>Java you will find all the mod packages here. And yes it still works even after updating the Launcher.
