Minecraft server crash on ftb Direwolf20 1.16

I am getting crashes on both on my windows and linux pc same crash log when try start a server. Anyone know a fix? Thanks for any help

Pc with windows specs:
amd rysen 9 3900X OC
Ram 32 GB
64 bit windows 10
m2 ssd
Nvidia 2070 super

Pc with linux specs:
amd 3,4ghz 4-8 cores ?
Ram 16gb
64 bit Linux Ubuntu
ssd
Nividia 1060 OC

According to your pastebin the mod cofh_core is not installed and its required for thermal expansion

  1. Details:
  2. Mod File: thermal-1.16.3-1.0.5.jar
  3. Failure message: Mod thermal requires cofh_core between 1.0.3 and 1.1 (inclusive)
  4. Currently, cofh_core is not installed
 
I'm getting the same error message, it seems like the mods in the server are the incorrect version number for forge, so it skips them, then complains they aren't installed. I went through the client instance and all the version numbers on the .jar files match up, so I don't understand why the client will allow it but the server won't. I've tried redownloading the server installer several times and I can't get it to work properly at all. I've tried this with 1.0, 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 versions of the DW20 1.16 pack, but no luck on any of those.
