Minecraft Runtime Environment cannot start

Details of the issue:
Sorry for the lack of details, but whenever I launch a pack on the Curse launcher it downloads the runtime and spends ages setting it up before crashing and saying that the Runtime Environment cannot start, likely due to corruption. I have tried reinstalling the modpacks but it still doesn't work.​

Delete the folder D:/19chickens's Stuff/Games/Minecraft should make Curse re-download the required Minecraft files.
