Well, bad news. The driver that you installed doesn't have the correct openGL.
If you have 2 GPU's (one integrated into the CPU and another card) it could be that minecraft isn't using the correct one.
If that isn't the case you need to reinstall the drivers and look if they have the correct opengl. Do not do this through the device manager, unless things changed windows likes to install the wrong stuff that way.

you need to look if your driver has the correct opengl version, you can't change which one minecraft uses.
As for how to force programs to use a certain GPU, depends on which one you have. Its probably a good idea to google how to do that, should be plenty of info about it online.

As far as your comment goes about you having updated the driver. You also mentioned that you used the device manager, which is exactly why I feel that you have a bad driver version.

It is due to Windows 10, and you'll likely have to go back to Java8u25 (downgrade your version of java).

its most likely the second option (Java SE Runtime Enviroment). As future reference here are some questions that you can ask yourself to find out what you need.

Development kit/development version -> are you planning to use it for a programming project? no->probably not

Server versions of software-> Are you setting up a server? no->probably not

In this case that leaves just one option open :)

i downgraded and the game still doesn't work. before it has worked with stucks at windows xp compatibility mode and now after i downgraded to the version that you told me it also doesn't work.
i am write it again because it seems that you not understand me:
-i updated the all of the drivers of the graphic card etc' and it still show me that problem
the game work with stucks at windows xp compatibility mode
-without compatibility mode the game not work
-the game has been worked before untill it suddenly stop work and show what i have been write to you
what could be the problem?
whent it has worked before it was without compatibility mode

Your username on the computer might be the issue, as that is a part of the installation location.

Try installing to a different folder not in the c:\users structure.

Try using another drive, or c:\games\SOMETHING

Post new log if it still fails.
