Title not responding

Details of the issue after i load the game up, it stop responding every 5 sec.
i have try reinstalling java did not work.
i don't know what else two try.

i have a acer aspire v5
intel core i5
intel hd graphics 4400
16 gb of ram

Try opening up the instance folder and locate the options file. Open it wth notepad or similar and change the mipmap entry to 0.
