Problem minecraft Memory problem.

I dont know why, but anytime i set my xmx value in the jvm sections of the minecraft launcher, after like 5-10 mins while playing modded, it changes to 5044, it keeps changing, and i dont know how to stop it from changing,

i dont know if these questions require any formatting so sorry!

You should set the memory allocation via the FTB app, not on the mojang launcher that comes up after you click play on the FTB app.
