Minecraft Flickering Screen/Inventory Bug

I have just been playing minecraft lately on my new computer and i have been getting the screen flickering and cant figure out how to turn it off

I'm not sure what could be wrong. My best guess would be either your graphic card, its driver, or conflicting mods. It would be helpful if you add more details to your post- what modpack are you using? Did you add any new mods? Perhaps a more detailed explanation of what's happening? What's your computer specs? Your Minecraft logs would also help (post them in an spoiler or use pastebin.com). This would also help people get a better sense of your situation and increase your chance of getting help.
