Minecraft crashing randomly.

My minecraft randomly crashes, like im going out of my house and walking and then suddenly crash.
I lost my other world cause whenever i logged into it, it automatically said "Shutting Down Internal Servers." and then the errorlog. I have installed Optifine (Ultra version).

My specs:
Ati Radeon HD 4550
2GB Ram
Intel Pentium Dual E2180 @2.00Ghz
Windows 7 32-bit

didn't 1.2.5 and maybe even 1.4.2 ic2 have a audio bug that could be fixed by disabling the ic2 sounds in the configs?

EDIT: google doesn't show me much but atleast something

And where do i find this "IC2" ?

ic2 = Industrialcraft2, there should be a configfile in your config folder

I'm pretty sure i disabled the sounds but still i get an error.I went to my ftb folder then minecraft then config and there was "ic2.cfg" in there was a soundsEnabled options witch i turned off. Atleast minecraft isn't crashing so often now.Here's my errorlog http://pastebin.com/GkeRpuiA . Thanks for your help!

Still seeing a sound error as you prob seen yourself aswell, wich is strange if you disabled it.

i don't know if it works but atleast the suggustions do make sense (make sure you make a backup of your current world / saves folder)
