FTB Launcher version (if this isn't the newest update update and try again): 1.0.6

Minecraft Version: 1.4.2

Java version: Version 7 Update 9 (build 1.7.0_09-b05)

Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated: When trying to launch the FTB launcher, it opens up a black minecraft screen, and after a few seconds this crashes.

Error logs: http://pastebin.com/uRJZK6hv

Uninstall java 7, install java 6 (java 7 on mac causes all kinds of wierd issues for minecraft)
Then try to launch, if that don't work follow the steps from this thread.
It is known that the mac launcher does not work, minecraft crashes on launch.

To fix it run
Code:
export JAVA_HOME=/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.6/Home
in terminal just before launching the launcher from terminal.

Think you could get me permission to use that in the CPS&T?
I asked, but haven't heard back, and I don't want to use someone else's brainwork without permission.

Can't see why you shouldn't be allowed to add this to the document, he posted it to help others and spread the fix so it should be fine.
Just add something like "Thanks to portablejim for bringing this fix to our attention" or simular to give credit where credit's due.
