Details of the issue:
It started yesterday, after we placed some Immersive engineering Floodlights to light a Hemp Farm. Only i got this problem, the other people on the server dont crash at any time. I use Optifine if that could be an issue, 5gb Ram assigned to Minecraft, Win10. In the Log is something about a crystal Chest if im not wrong, but these were there for many Days without any problems.​

@Kerajel Is correct this is an optifine issue. Check that chunk loading is set to normal. This may fix it but I would not recommend using optifine unless you can't do without it as you will most likely run into more issues.
