Details of the issue i added a lot of mods and i forgot them actually im so sorry, but the issue is when i enter a world i can move for like a couple of seconds and then it crashes randomly, i tested this in a couple of other modpacks and then i created my own and the same issue happens, can someone help me please ?. (im sorry i didnt give so much info...)

just to let yall know my pc could handle all these mods its 183 or 184 i forgot but since i upgraded to windows 10 it starts crashing and lagging

for an example:-

Hermitpack for 1.10.2 i used to run it in windows 7 in 40-60 fps and when i upgraded i run it at 20-30 and the loading was taking alot of time
but in win7 it loads in like 5-7 minutes
